Howe Property Management is privately owned by Mark Howe and is a Winnipeg-based real estate firm focused on residential real estate properties.
Existing properties include a single detached bungalow in the St. Vital area, a side-by-side in the Charleswood area and a new condo on Waterfront drive in the exchange district.
From a tenant standpoint, the “customer-centric” business philosophy that Howe Property Management embraces differentiates the company from some other Winnipeg rental property companies. This philosophy is rooted in the values and beliefs of the President. Mark Howe’s marketing background reinforces the notion that tenants are customers and should be treated as customers.
